Welcome to AyoPasa, a ride and parcel-sharing platform proudly built in Nepal. By using our mobile app, website, or any related services (collectively, the "Service"), you agree to the following Terms and Conditions.
1. Introduction
These Terms govern your use of AyoPasa and outline the legal agreement between you (the user) and AyoPasa ("we," "our," or "us"). Please read them carefully before using the Service.
2. User Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into contracts to use our services.
3. Account Registration
Users are required to create an account with accurate personal information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You agree to notify us immediately in case of unauthorized access or breach of security.
4. Use of Services
You may use AyoPasa to:
Book and complete rides
Send and receive parcels
Earn money by partnering as a driver
All users agree to use the platform lawfully and respectfully. We reserve the right to suspend services or block accounts for misuse, manipulation, or policy violations.
5. Payments & Fees
All ride and delivery fees are transparently displayed before booking. Drivers/partners will receive payments through the app’s designated system. We reserve the right to apply or modify service charges, apply cancellation or waiting fees, and implement promotional pricing.
6. User Conduct
You agree not to:
Engage in any illegal, abusive, or fraudulent activity
Impersonate any person or provide false information
Interfere with the service's operations or security
Harass, threaten, or cause harm to other users or partners
7. Driver & Partner Responsibilities
Partners must:
Maintain a valid driving license and vehicle documents
Comply with all safety and legal regulations
Provide courteous and timely service
Accept only legitimate and assigned bookings through the platform
We reserve the right to deactivate partner accounts based on poor performance, misconduct, or complaints.
8. Intellectual Property
All content, branding, and technology used in AyoPasa is owned or licensed by us. You may not copy, reproduce, or exploit any part of the Service without permission. Use of the AyoPasa name, logo, and assets without written consent is strictly prohibited.
9. Limitation of Liability
AyoPasa is not liable for:
Any indirect or incidental damages
Delays, failures, or losses caused by user or third-party actions
Accidents, injuries, or property loss during transport
Service disruptions due to technical issues, maintenance, or force majeure
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold AyoPasa harmless from any claims, damages, or legal fees arising out of your misuse of the platform, violation of terms, or breach of applicable laws.
11. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to any user for violations of these Terms or any unlawful behavior. Users may also delete their account at any time.
12. Modifications to Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes indicates your acceptance of the updated terms. Changes will be communicated via app notification or email.
13. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed and interpreted according to the laws of the Republic of Nepal. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Nepal.
14. Severability
If any part of these Terms is deemed invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to be valid and enforceable.
15. Entire Agreement
These Terms, along with our Privacy Policy, represent the entire agreement between you and AyoPasa concerning the Service and supersede all prior agreements.
